Ketogenic grocery food or low carb grocery items are very difficult to find in the Philippines. Gluten-free supplies are almost unheard of too! So when I heard about Sysu Food Hub from Animetric.net, I got really excited because they have gluten-free pasta!

I usually have to travel all the way to Makati or Clark Pampanga if I want to get some gluten-free pasta in the Philippines so imagine my happiness when I found out that Sysu Food Hub is just located at 145 Panay Avenue Quezon City. Basically my kapitbahay since I've been mostly living in Quezon City these days.
The facade of the building is quite misleading. The entrance to Sysu Food Hub is on the side. The building's main entrance was closed off and saw this at the side.
Don't be confused because the entrance to Sysu Food Hub is inside another store selling religious items.
Anyway, the store is quite small. Perhaps just the size of a studio condo unit. They do have a lot of great deals plus brands that are either manufactured by Sysu International or distributed under Sysu International Incorporated.
Brands in the store include Clara Ole, Archipelago, Lee Kum Kee, Radical Organics, Mc Cormick, San Remo, Tabasco, La Espanola, Crisco, Dunkin Donuts, Jiff, Smuckers, Natural Health, CBTL, Tree Top, Organique, and more!
They have the brands and products that I usually buy in BeautMNL too. I still have a lot of stocks at home so I didn't buy a lot. I just went to claim my prize which I won via Instagram and also to buy some gluten-free pasta, low-carb supplies, and ketogenic grocery items.
Some of the pasta are sold in P99 or P100 bundles. Based on SRP, you save between P30 to P60 per bundle.
They've run out of other gluten-free pasta when I went there because I went on a Saturday but the gluten-free angel hair pasta is currently at 50% off too so just about P80ish per box.
Prices are overall competitive. I think Sysu Food Hub will be my new go-to place once I'm nearly out of my supplies at home.
A lot of the items are 5-10% cheaper than supermarket prices.
And some items are downright difficult to find elsewhere. These are ketogenic diet friendly.
I haven't seen some of the coffee they have in local supermarkets yet. They have stevia and coconut sugar so great for those who are doing a low carb diet like diabetics.
I just bought 2 bottles of sesame oil the other week but they have a better deal at Sysu Food Hub.
The best deals are the pasta deals. The San Remo and Clara Ole bundle saves you about 70-80 pesos because you essentially just pay for the sauce, the pasta is on them!
They have a test kitchen too. Maybe one day I'll get to cook here for the YeyAndie YouTube channel. I think it is just for product demos/events.

I honestly can't eat the prizes I've won so just giving those to family. However, I am super glad that now I know where to get my ketogenic grocery supplies, low-carb goodies, and gluten-free pasta! Plus, I can always use them to cook for my loved ones too.
If you follow the same diet, just look for Organique, La Espanola. Radical Organics, CBTL, Natural Health, and McCormick products in the store. You should be okay with most of their items.
The best deal for me is the McCormick spice quartet. It is P199 but marked down to 50% off so P100 for 4 spice bottles plus a cute McCormick notebook. I finally got to taste the Radical Organics sea salt coconut chips. This is always out of stock at BeautyMNL. It's good so I should have hoarded more!
Sysu Food Hub is open Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm. The store is in the same building as Sysu International Incorporated, 145 Panay Avenue Quezon City. Be sure to bring cash and your eco bags!
